This past Sunday, our team had an incredible experience participating in a special class at Grand Rhythmic Gymnastics Academy. Ukrainian kids and their teacher took part in the session, bringing amazing energy, enthusiasm, and a shared love for learning through movement.
Three different age groups joined the class, each filled with excitement and dedication. The focus was on building stability, coordination, flexibility, and confidence — all essential skills that rhythmic gymnastics helps develop in young athletes. The talented coaches at the Academy created a warm, supportive environment where every participant could grow and shine.
From the youngest beginners discovering their balance to the older group refining graceful routines, everyone came away inspired and motivated. The session not only enhanced physical ability but also encouraged teamwork, discipline, and joy in every movement.
